Change Style Indicator® Second Edition (CSI® 2)
Understand your approach to change.
Change can bring out very different responses in people. Some prefer steady improvements, others look for a practical middle ground, and others are ready to rethink the whole approach. The Change Style Indicator Second Edition (CSI 2) helps you understand your preferences and appreciate what others bring to the process.
CSI 2 places your preferred approach on a continuum from gradual to radical change. Its three styles—Conserver, Pragmatist, and Originator—provide a shared language for discussing change without treating any one preference as better than another.
